Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the Tracer.
  2. Close the Tracer.
  3. Reopen the Tracer.


Root Cause



A third-party product issue: Chrome browser.


Resolution



As a local-change, use the Internet Explorer or Firefox browsers, or downgrade the Chrome browser.

This feature is implemented in the following:
  • Pega Platform 8.4.1
  • Pega Platform 8.5
