Cannot locate Concat function defined in pegasurvey_default lib

Summary
Post upgrade to Pega 8.1.1, unable to locate the Concat function defined in the pegasurvey_default library from the PegaSurvey ruleset.
Error Messages
Caused by: com.pega.pegarules.pub.runtime.LibraryFunctionNotFoundException: Failed to find instance 'concat--(String,String)' of type Rule-Utility-Function defined in 'pegasurvey_default'.
Steps to Reproduce
- Refer to the Concat function in any activity which is available in the pegasurvey_default library from the PegaSurvey ruleset in Pega 7.1.6.
- Upgrade to Pega 8.1.1.
- Run the activity.
Root Cause
The PegaSurvey ruleset is deprecated.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
The PegaSurvey ruleset is deprecated. The user must use Pega-Survey ruleset instead. The Concat function is removed from the Pega-Survey ruleset during Code Refactor.
As a local-change, use the string Concatenation functionality.
