Cannot modify flow with Visio 2010

Summary
Flows cannot be modified in Visio 2010 due to incompatibility.
Error Messages
Microsoft Visio versions above 2003 will not be supported. Aborting launch process.
Steps to Reproduce
Try to modify flow using Visio 2010.
Root Cause
PRPC 6.1 SP1 does not support Visio 2010 integration.
Resolution
Use a supported version of Visio or upgrade the Pega engine.
