Cannot modify pxObjClass through a Data Transform

SA-38307

Summary

For a page property which refers to a data page, one can use a Data Transform to set various properties on that page. If the property is called DPReference, it is valid to use the command below to change the class of the page.

Set DPReference.pxObjClass

However, if the referenced data page does not exist and this "Set" command is the first reference to it (which will result in the page being autopopulated), the Set may fail to change the pxObjClass.

Error Messages

com.pega.pegarules.pub.clipboard.UnmodifiablePropertyException: The page or property D_QuoteProdLines_pa117846806064710560pz.Lines(Health).PlanSelection.pxObjClass is unmodifiable. Calling method: com.pega.pegarules.data.internal.clipboard.ClipboardPropertyImpl.setValue(Object) Details: property is reserved. CurrentValue: ORG-FW-GroupSalesFW-Data-PlanSelection DesiredValue: ORG-FW-GroupSalesFW-Data-PlanSelection-Health

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a page property that refers to a data page.
  2. As the very first reference to the data page, execute a Set command in a transform like this: Set DPReference.pxObjClass.
