Cannot monitor Pega 7.x from AES 3.4

Summary



When attempting to monitor Pega 7.x nodes from AES 3.4 on PRPC 6.1.x, errors are observed


Error Messages



ERROR - Rule data lookup failed for: DB-589285 -- please verify that PegaAESRemote application has been appropriately installed and configured on the monitored system.

ERROR - ExecuteGetActivityData: Error. Node: 9e230be11adc812d73f74bdf8eecea4a Connection: http://Hostname:port/prweb/PRSOAPServlet InsKey: RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY YOUR_CLASS_STRUCTURE PROCESSCORESYSTEMPREEXISTINGEVENTS #20150813T092737.606 GMT ID: DB-589287 Msg: ** (404)Not Found"


Steps to Reproduce



Use AES 3.4 on PRPC 6.1SP2 to monitor nodes on Pega 7.1


Root Cause



AES 3.4 is not approved to monitor Pega 7.x nodes

Resolution



Update AES to the latest version of 7.x to monitor Pega 7.x nodes.
