Cannot open assignment on Call interaction

Summary
When using MicroDC, an assignment does not open in a new tab on selecting dynamic container as the target.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a section which opens in MicroDC during runtime (Customer Service Intent task).
- Add the 'Open Assignment' action on a button and provide the target as 'Dynamic Container'. The Assignment opens in the same Ajax Container.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
This feature is implemented in Pega Platform 8.2.4.
