Cannot remove lock after browser closed

SA-4648

Summary

If an end user has an assignment open and then closes the browser without logging out or closing the assignment, a lock is then saved in the database. Normally, if the user logs on again and opens the assignment, the LockInfo harness is displayed and the user can end the previous session and take ownership of the assignment with the new session id. When the user tries to make some changes in the assignment and then submits or moves to next screen, the LockLost harness is displayed.

Error Messages

Lock lost

Steps to Reproduce

Open an assignment and then close the browser without logging out or closing the assignment.
Open a different browser, log on, and try to open the same assignment again.
On the lock info screen, choose to end previous session and continue with the assignment.
Make some Changes in the assignment and submit/go to next step.
A different lock screen (LockLost) is displayed.

Root Cause

An activity (named ProcessAssignmentWithUnlock under WKFW 02-01-01) was being called for releasing the lock due to which out of the box activity Work-ReleaseLock could not be called properly to release lock.

Resolution

Changing the button configuration to call out of the box activity directly ( named Work-ReleaseLock) helped to release lock.
