"Cannot render section" error when PRPC Schema Report is run

Summary
The system is upgraded to Pega 7.1.8 (from PRPC 6.2 SP2). As part of the post upgrade test, the PRPC Schema Report (Designer Studio > System > Release > Upgrade > PRPC Schema Report) is run. This report displays an error when expanding the section for "Missing PRPC Shipped Schema".

Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to the PRPC Schema Report on the System Upgrade landing page.
2. Expand the "Missing PRPC Shipped Schema" section.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is scheduled to be resolved in Pega 7.1.9.
