Cannot schedule new campaigns

SA-17490

Summary


New campaigns cannot create new cycles or run. After validation and approval campaigns get an error "Campaign scheduling failed."

Steps to Reproduce



See the auditsystem.log and spi_main log files.


Root Cause



A custom log-on script was changed on the DB side and  this messed up user privileges.

Resolution



.Modified script changed back to original state.
