Can't create a report for displaying queue problems

User is creating a list view report using report definition of bad SLA records in queue. This is mostly with pyItemStatus = 'Broken-Process' with an undefined property .pxQueueErrorDetails(1).pxErrorMessage. pxQueueErrorDetails which has the error message.

Pega 7.1.7 does not allow creation of px properties without breaking into production rulesets. Thus, user can not report on the actual queue processing errors.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

1. From Developer Studio, navigate to class System-Queue-ServiceLevel. Look at the instances.
2. Find an instance in status 'BrokenProcess'
3. Observe the embedded page list for pxQueueErrorDetails.
4. Observe that there is no property by this name and Pega 7.1.7 restricts adding px properties.

Root Cause

As Rule-Obj-Property rules for .pxQueueErrorDetails(), pxErrorMessage & pxErrorList are not defined properties, user is unable to create a listview report.
