Steps to Reproduce
Access Pega Help API.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment invoking Pega API REST end point from SOAPUI. IBM Webseal blocked the URL and asks for credentials by invoking the URL.
Resolution
Make the following change to the operating environment:
Configure IBM Webseal to allow traffic to the Pega API TEST end point.
