Case created for email has only one attachment as a link

Summary
When a listener converts an email with multiple attachments to a work object, the case created for the email has only one attachment as a link. The other attachments display as names.
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an inbound email with multiple documents as attachments
- Send it to the Pega application
- Locate the case created in the application. Only one attachment display as a link and can be downloaded
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Only one attachment was converted and attached to the resulting work object.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in Pega 7.4.
