Case Dependency works incorrectly after child case creation

Case Dependency does not work correctly after the child case creation.

Steps to Reproduce
- Run the parent case
- Run the Change Stage utility to change to the next stage in the parent case. The child case is resolved
- Close and open the parent case
- Run the Change Stage utility to return to the first stage of the parent case. A new child case is created which is not resolved
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The pzPreGetChildKeys rule utility function was used to get the list of the child cases which did not return the newly created child cases.
Resolution
Apply HFix-50222.
