Case header behavior incorrect

Summary
User minimizes the browser window, switches between tabs within a case and maximizes. However, the case header remains wrapped. It does not return to it's initial state.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open a case having a tabbed layout from workbasket
- Minimize the screen
- Switch to a different tab
- Maximize the screen. The header of the tabbed layout is shrunk or wrapped
Root Cause
After upgrading Pega 7.1.5 to Pega 8.2.2, the layout modes point to Legacy code v7.0.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Change the Layout mode on the Presentation tab of the dynamic layouts to Optimize code on the section with issues.
