Case IDs with different number of digits are sorted incorrectly

Summary

Case IDs with different number of digits are sorted incorrectly.  However, work objects IDs are sorted as text strings on performing an analysis. 

For example, Sorting by ID, in the ascending order, lists IN-186454 before IN-189.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a list of class instances
  2. Sort the case IDs 
     

Root Cause



This behavior is as per the Pega product design.

Resolution



Perform the following local-change:
Add overridesortfunction to the string property.
