Case manager bulk action does'nt support mult work pools

User's PDC application has three work pools / class group classes / work tables.

User finds that the bulk action tool does not support using multiple work pools / tables in an application, regardless of which case type/class is specified in the filter property, it uses the table of the FIRST case type/class specified on the Rule Application form.

To get access to the right case type, user had to update Rule-Application rule in production and change the case type / class name order to get the right table to get used.

Case manager should support switching work pools or automatically chose / filter from the right tables

Steps to Reproduce
