Case Manager portal is not working in IE
SummaryCase Manager portal is not working in IE for 7.2.2 version. This is a upgraded environment from 7.1.7 to 7.2.2. Only after upgrade, issue is seen.
Issue is with only CaseManager portal. All other portals are working fine.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a portal and harness in Data-Portal class
- Add the harness in portal
- Launch the portal
A software use or operation error
In the portal harness advanced tab, document mode is set to "IE=IE10". In IE, portal is launching in compatibility mode and portal is broken.
Perform the following local-change:
Either create a new harness rule without compatibility option or save as the current harness into higher ruleset removing the advanced tab compatibility option.
