Case narrative does not display correct operator images

Summary
The Case narrative section displaying case history displays the default image for all operators, even if a custom image has been uploaded.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Configure a case type with actions that will create audit history records that will be populated in the Case Narrative section displayed on Perform and Review harnesses.
2. Configure an operator with a custom image then process a case until a Case Narrative is displayed with this operator.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error:
The application was configured with an out-of-date UI-Kit ruleset (7:06-01) instead of the latest version.
Resolution
Installing the latest UI-Kit ruleset resolves this issue.
The section pyAttachmentInnerDetails has been modified in newer versions which does not have this issue.
