Case is not opening directly with LDAP URL



As per user , a case link is sent to operator in mail.

Once operator clicks the URL, it is not taking to case directly.

Instead, a main menu opens. While this is working fine with standard prservlet URL, user is facing issue only with LDAP URL.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to Application
2. Create a Case by clicking on New button.
3. Fill in the mandatory details and Select Approver and submit. An email would be triggered to the Approver.
4. View the email and click on the Case link.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules. PRPC will not allow navigate directly to work object using LDAP.


Perform the following local-change:

1) Copy Web-Login or the current Login HTML if there is something on custom.
2) If upgraded from a earlier version of PRPC version start with Web-Login, and follow these:

· change HTML form
· Update Login activity
· Update Data-Admin-AuthService to reference to new HTML screen
