Case stage chevrons are not displayed

Summary
Sporadically, case stage chevrons are not displayed at runtime. They should be displayed like this:
But sometimes they do not appear:

Steps to Reproduce
Open a case.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules: The reference to the grid source for the stages to display was not always valid.

Apply HFix-30213
