There is no specific use case to replicate the behavior.
 

Root Cause

In Work-Cover- pyLoadCompletedAssignments activity, 5th step for history records (completed assignments), pyLabel from pyTaskName was being stored but now are storing from pyLabel where pyLabel ideally should contain assignment instructions if it is blank, assignments label is stored. When assignment is completed in Assign-AddWorkHistory, the property set for pyLabel is wrong in 5th step instead of Primary.pyInstructions ,.pyInstructions was used for setting pyLabel property that is causing the issue (here pyLabel is stored as empty).

Resolution

Apply HFix-24360.
