Cases do not display while creating a Question rule. Hence, the user is unable to associate the case.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a question
  2. Select the Case Type button


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Error handling is not performed.

Resolution



Apply HFix-55983.
