Cases fails with error "Unable to authorize flow action execution"
Error Messages
Unable to authorize flow action execution: RULE-OBJ-FLOWACTION JXXX-FW-EXXFW-WORK GETUPDATEDXXXXINFO.
Steps to Reproduce
- Define a flow.
- Configure assignments and flow actions in flow.
- Write WHEN RULE in security tab, which returns false value.
- Run the flow.
Root Cause
WHEN Rule defined on security tab of flow action is always retuning false. So system is not allowing executing flow action and gives unauthorized error.
Resolution
Correct the WHEN rule configured on Flow action security tab to return true as per their business requirement.
