Cell and grid borders do not display incorrectly

Portions of the border does not display for some grids and cells. This occurs intermittently, though the style format has 'Apply border for all sides' checked for both the cell and grid borders.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a style format for grids.
Select 'Apply border for all sides' for both the cell and grid borders.
Use this style for all grids in the application.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

For Header border, navigate to application skin > Trees and grids > Default.
In the Default format, add border to Header.
For Table border (bottom), create a section with the below CSS code and include it in a section in the grid.
