The 'Cell Properties' panel is blank for Text Input and Currency controls post installing HFix-50109.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open a Section rule in Designer Studio.
- Add a Text Input/Currency control or use the existing controls.
- Open the Cell Properties. The modal dialog is blank.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Side effect of HFix-50109. The hotfix did not consider properties with a dot in them and passed an incomplete path to the getProperty API.
Resolution
Apply HFix-53482.
