Center panel doesn't refresh on change of accordion

Summary
The user had few old applications built on 6.1 sp2 which used fixed portal layouts and they were converted to composite portals after 7.1.7 upgrade. They have seen the refresh issue across the board for all the converted portals. When they click on the accordions after making a change it doesnt refresh.
Error Messages
Center panel still shows stale data. Fiddler trace attached for the issue.
Steps to Reproduce
- Steps to reproduce:
- Open any portals which was having more than one accordion layout in left panel
- Try to change accordion in left panel and first time the corresponding left panel is refreshing
- Try to change to again which was already clicked accordion, now corresponding center panel is refreshing
Root Cause
This is an expected behavior.
Resolution
Every time users click on the accordion on the left pyCurrentSpace property will be set on the client. Users can use the same property in the refresh condition.
