Character counter does not display the correct character count

Summary
When configuring a Character counter in a dynamic repeating layout, the counter does not work correctly.
Three textareas have the character counter enabled on them. On typing in the first textarea, the character count is calculated correctly. When typing in the second textarea, the count is updated. However, when the focus is out of the textarea, the count is replaced with first textarea count. This occurs in the dynamic repeating layout (DRL) with a refresh action.

Steps to Reproduce
- Add a dynamic repeat layout.
- Add a text area in the dynamic repeat layout.
- Enable the Character count for the textarea.
- Run the case. Verify the remaining count after adding some text in the textarea.
Root Cause
The issue occurred because the same 'remaining count' was used in the template grid. The count for each row was not recalculated.
Resolution
Apply HFix-46303.
