Chargeback Expiration Date field calculation is incorrect

Summary



The Chargeback Expiration Date field for reason code 85-2b must be equal to the sum of  Central Processing Date field  and 120 days. But, the Chargeback Expiration Date field displays the present date instead.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Select a transaction with the transaction date 11/20/2015, and create a dispute.
  2. Select the reason code 85 and condition code 2b.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. Check Chargeback Expiration Date field in the Reason Code tab.

Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

Resolution



Apply HFix-29445.
