Summary

Developers are unable to assign different colors to different column labels in a chart control with single series data.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use a Chart control from the Advanced tab of Section.
2. For different column labels try to assign different column colors.
3. Try to preview the columns, the columns do not show the expected color for single series data.

Root Cause

The Chart control presently does not have the functionality to apply auto-coloring for Single Series data.

This is by design, as when Multiple Series data is selected, all columns in the same category are highlighted with the same color (see example).

Resolution

An enhancement request, FDBK-17952 , has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
