In a Chart View 2D/View 3D tooltip is not getting localized

Summary
You have a Chart with a button to change the view between 2D and 3D. This button shows a tooltip View 2D/View 3D which is not getting localized.
Error Messages
Not Applicable
Steps to Reproduce
- Create Field value rule for View 2D/View 3D text
- Provide translation in localized version of that Field value.
- Check at runtime that header is not getting localized
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFix-21892. You also need to create the Field type as pyActionPromt
