Charts disappear

Summary
When one chart is open for editing in a modal window, other charts are not rendered in background when the modal window is displayed.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Load three charts on screen
2. Refresh one of the charts in modal window
3. Other two charts disappear from background screen
Root Cause
In InteractiveCharts HTML rule, the RemoveSWObjFuncName is registered with pega.u.d.registerOnBeforeSubmit with same context object repeatedly. You need to send different context object for each registration.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by HFix-8741.
