Charts in report definition do not display

Summary
Chart does not display when running a report definition. After running the report definition, the data displays in the report; however, the chart does not display.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a report definition
- Add a chart.
- Configure the chart and run the report.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
The Fusion chart API JavaScript in Pega 7.1.8 was overridden. Post upgrade, in Pega 7.4, the Fusion chart API used is 3.10.0. Since the earlier version of the Fusion chart API was saved in the user's application, the older API was always fetched. This caused compatibility issues.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
In Pega 7.4, use the latest FusionCharts JavaScript, which is in Pega-Gadgets:07-10-25 RuleSet. This is an available rule. Save the rule to the application RuleSet to override it (only if it needs any customization).
