Check box value resets to False after selecting it

Summary
The check box value resets to False when selecting a check box and progressing to next screen. The True value is not present in the Clipboard.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a section with a repeating dynamic layout
- Insert a check box in the repeating dynamic layout
- Check the check box and proceed to the next screen by clicking Finish Assignment
Root Cause
A software use or operation error. Two values are present in the DOM for the check box as this operation is configured in a repeating dynamic layout.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change
Remove the When condition so that only one element with same name is present while submitting the form.
