Check boxes no longer checked when flow is re-entered

Summary
User has a local action which jumps to an earlier assignment in a flow to revise the details of a case. User notices that values entered previously for certain checkboxes were now reset.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Search for and open an existing work object.
2. Work Object opens in review mode and user can verify several checkboxes selected.
3. Select local action to "revise" work object, which essentially uses a ticket to jump to an earlier point in the flow.
4. Notice that the checkboxes are now un-selected.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
