Checkbox control requires pycaption text as mandatory

Summary
Checkbox displays only when the caption text is set as mandatory.

Steps to Reproduce
Configure a checkbox in a grid. The checkbox does not display.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
In the skin level, changes were made to the Grid Presentation (Spreadsheet). The spreadsheet format styles were modified.
Resolution
Perform either of the following local-changes:
- Use the out-of-the-box skin.
- Use default format for the grid in the Presentation tab.
