Checkbox without caption loses value on flow saving

Summary
User reported that when a check box is disabled and caption of this checkbox is empty then after clicking save button, property that is associated with check box changes value to false at very start of saving action means between execution of activities pyDeleteDocumentPg and ReloadHarness.

Steps to Reproduce
1) Create page or data page with TrueFalse property.
2) Create section, that displays this property using check box.
3) Configure Check box to be disabled
4) Click Save button.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-26410.
