Checkboxes selected for earlier account get selected by default
User selects the Client Inquire toggle button and a few checkboxes on the Client 360 screen. If the user switches the Account number by clicking the Account number hyperlink, then all the checkboxes selected for the previous account are selected by default. The issue occurs while using Pega Customer Service 8.3 on Pega 8.3.1.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Customer 360 screen
- Enable the Inquire toggle button
- Select a few checkboxes
- Switch to another account by clicking the Account number hyperlink
