Checked out rules do not open from ruleset versions

Summary
In a list of checked out rules in a ruleset version, unable to click a rule to open the rule instance.
Error Messages
Uncaught ReferenceError: openRuleByClassAndName is not defined at HTMLAnchorElement.onclick
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a ruleset version in Designer Studio.
- Click a non-zero number in the column 'Rules currently checked out'.
- Click Grand Total.
- Click one of the rules in the 'Name' column. The selected rule does not open.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
In Pega 7.4, the openRuleByClassAndName function is defined in another file. The function must be included in 'ListViewHeader'.
Resolution
Apply HFix-50728.
