Child class instances not included in BIX extract

Child classes are filtered out by default when extracting parent work objects with BIX.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place the BIX exract rule in work classgroup class and run
2. Observe that it does not extract the child classes instances of the work objects

Root Cause

This feature was not available in the original release of Pega BIX for 7.1.7.

A pair of hotfixes add this functionality to Pega BIX 7.1.7. This creates a checkbox on the ruleset form to skip the standard filter options.
