Circumstanced decision table more than 500 cells

There is a circumstanced decision table with more than 500 cells and getting opened/edited in Excel. If any of the defined conditions are not satisfied, PRPC should call the base decision table from the Otherwise option. However, it is not invoking the call to the base decision table.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create any decison table with circumstance.
  2. In the circumstanced rule, define Otherwise with a call to the base decision table.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in customer application code/rules. The decision table has more than 500 cells.

This issue is resolved through the following local change: Break up the original decision table into 2 or more decision tables with fewer than 500 cells.
