On Click of row in the report definition object is Opened

Summary
On click of a button in report definition, a flow must be executed. But user is getting XML view instead of the actual flow.
Error Messages
No error messages but shows an XML format of the work object which is not required.
Steps to Reproduce
1)Run a report definition with a custom row section.
2) Add a button in one of the columns.
2)Click on the button in any row.
The application has been migrated from version PRPC 6.2 SP2 to Pega 7.1.5.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Even after not selecting "Get Row Key " option in data access tab of report definition, Onclick of any row/button in custom section, "View XML" pop-up is coming.
Resolution
Apply HFix-22797 which includes changes in report_events.js.
