Clicking Pulse notification does not open the Pulse post

Summary
When a user tags an operator using Pulse and the tagged operator opens the notification, the Operator profile opens instead of the Pulse post. The issue occurs while using Pega Sales Automation 8.3 on Pega 8.3.1.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in as a User Salesrep
- Open the Pulse section
- Create a Pulse post tagging the Salesmanager
- Submit the post
- Log in as the Salesmanager
- Click the Notifications icon
- Click the notification message. The Salesrep profile opens
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules. The Data-Admin-Operator-ID.pyPulse section renders instead of the Data-Portal.pyPulse section since the SA portal Harness is customized by the user.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Perform a Save As of pyPulseWrapper of Data-Admin-Operator-Id in the application ruleset
- Add the below context to the Parameter page of the section:
="DATA-PORTAL $" + Application.pyProductName
