Clicking on radio button labels changes other radio buttons

Summary
In sections where there are multiple questions with stacked horizontal rows of radio buttons, clicking on the radio button labels will change the values of radio buttons in other rows.

Root Cause
As identified, in the repeating layout on rendering of muliple sections of radio button control, unique id's are not generated. due to this the behaviour is occursing onclick of radio button labels.
Resolution
HotFix: HFix-22710
Above HFix has resolved the issue.
