Clicking text of one checkbox unchecks another checkbox

Summary
A section contains two checkboxes to enter details manually. Clicking the text of one checkbox, refreshes and unchecks the other checkbox . However, on clicking the checkbox icons separately, the function works correctly.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application.
- Create a new quote and select the Borrower type as Partnership Corporate partner.
- Select the first checkbox.
- Click the text of the second checkbox.
Root Cause
When setting the 'Checkbox caption', the other checkboxes in the same screen are selected. If a label is included for the checkbox in the Editable Settings on the Presentation tab, checkbox selection interaction works correctly. However, the checkboxes have the same ID. Form items on the same page must have unique IDs.
Resolution
Apply HFix-39871.
