Clipboard value is showing instead of Display Value in drop down

Summary
User experiences as In a repeat a dynamic select has been incorporated. Lets say the grid has "n" number of rows.
Suppose we are deleting a particular row, the row number be "x", thus "x+1" row now becomes the "x" th row , but the value of the properties containing the dynamic select (of the "x+1" th row )is holding clip board value instead of display value. It is happening after installing hotfix-10274
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Grid layout
2. Make fields of grid layout read only , conditionally.
3. Populate grid layout from a page-list.
4. Delete a particular row by using Pega OOTB delete icon.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
If the display value is different from the stored value, then without building the dynamic select it is impossible to show the display value.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item
