CLM System stops processing on adding a product



When adding a product using the out-of-the-box Pega Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) application, the system stops processing.
When loading the RULE-DECLARE-PAGES D_GETLEVELNODE parameterized data page, the Node parameter is null (Organization:"Global",Division:"Segment",Node:"null"), resulting in an error message.

Error Messages

Unable to load data page D_GetLevelNode. Required parameters : Node. cannot be blank

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Onboard a new user.
  2. Enter the user's data on the the screen.
  3. Click Next.
  4. Click 'Add product.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules.


Perform the following local-change:

Add the Product details to the below tables
  • fsf_productmatrix
  • fsf_pminclusionxref
