Close button missing on bulk processing portal



There is no Close icon or a button on the bulk processing screen once a user selects the options.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Open bulk processing,
2) Select the options.

Root Cause

A backwards compatibility defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules: Application is using the version 6 Case Manager portal


Upgrade to Case Manager 7 portal.
