Steps to Reproduce
- Create a section in the grid double layout.
- Add an Icon rule to configure and launch a local action with the modal dialog.
- Start the case and click the icon.
- Scroll up and down the browser
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-42103.
