Close Icon is not highlighted when focusing it through Tab navigation.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the application
- Open two or three tabs in Designer Studio suing the Internet Explorer browser
- Navigate to tab heading using the Tab key
Root Cause
Focus is not set to the icon when tabbed-only hover action is configured.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Add the below code in UserWorkForm:
.tab-li:focus .iconCloseSmall, .iconCloseSmall:focus {
opacity:1!important;
}
