Summary

In new harness, there are Discard/Cancel buttons which has the script ""pega.u.d.closeWork" configured.

While working on portal, it is closing corresponding workobject/thread. But if the portal is launched from mobilesnapstart url, it is closing the browser tab.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure the Discard/Cancel button as below:

2. Click on this button for a case in a snapstart URL.

Root Cause

The configuration is supported only when '!pxIsPortalSingleDocument || pzIsPegaMobileSDK'


This is used in the context which is not supported. And the visibility condition is relaxed which is not supported, i.e in a single document mode portal (snapstart URL)

Resolution

After placing the Visibility(When condition), it is working as designed.
